CORE CAPABILITIES

Services

Four service lines: target and indication discovery from public data, single-cell and multi-omics, statistical modeling, and translational support.

CORE CAPABILITIES

Four service lines for four kinds of R&D questions

Our services are organized around the questions R&D teams ask, not around techniques. Many projects use more than one line: public data to shortlist targets and indications, single-cell data to confirm where the target is expressed, then statistical modeling to support the go/no-go decision.

All four share one way of working: reproducible pipelines, every number traceable to its source, and code delivered with the report.

01

Public data mining for target and indication discovery

  • When:ranking candidate targets, choosing an indication, preparing target evidence before project initiation or licensing talks, finding the gene behind a non-coding GWAS signal.
  • Methods and data:TCGA · ICGC · GEO · CCLE; pan-cancer expression specificity, pathways, signatures and immune infiltration; Hi-C / HiChIP 3D genomics.
  • Deliverables:target/indication evidence pack, publication-grade figures, reproducible scripts.

Target expression: tumor vs normal

Expression of a target in tumor versus normal tissue across 12 TCGA cancer types.

Illustrative box plot of a target's expression in tumor versus normal tissue across 12 TCGA cancer types (BRCA, LUAD, LIHC, COAD, PAAD, KIRC, STAD, HNSC, OV, PRAD, SKCM, GBM); expression is higher in tumor for most types. Synthetic data.

02

Single-cell and multi-omics integration

  • When:you need to know which cell population a drug acts on; bulk results are ambiguous; genome, transcriptome and proteome data need to be read together in the context of the tumor microenvironment.
  • Methods and data:scRNA-seq · bulk RNA-seq · WES · ctDNA; genome, transcriptome and proteome integration with the tumor microenvironment.
  • Deliverables:cell annotation and cluster atlas, sample-level results tables, QC report.

Single-cell UMAP

Eight clusters: T, NK, B, myeloid, fibroblast, endothelial and two malignant clusters.

Illustrative single-cell UMAP of more than 10,000 cells in eight clusters: T cells, NK cells, B cells, myeloid cells, fibroblasts, endothelial cells and two malignant clusters. Synthetic data.

03

Statistical analysis and predictive modeling

  • When:writing a statistical analysis plan; turning clinical and molecular variables into a usable risk stratification tool; reviewers asking for external validation.
  • Methods:survival analysis · logistic regression · GEE · GLM/Lasso; Random Forest, SVM and other machine learning methods; cross-validation and external validation.
  • Deliverables:statistical analysis plan, model code and validation, nomogram or risk stratification tool.

Multivariable survival forest plot

Hazard ratios with 95% confidence intervals for age, stage, mutation status and performance status.

Illustrative forest plot of hazard ratios with 95% confidence intervals for age, stage, mutation status and performance status, with a reference line at HR = 1. Values are illustrative.

04

Preclinical and translational research support

  • When:settling protocol and sample size before a study starts; interpreting in vivo and in vitro results; biomarker and antibody drug strategy; preparing a manuscript.
  • Scope:biomarkers, clinical sample data, antibody drug strategy; design and interpretation of in vivo and in vitro studies.
  • Deliverables:target assessment report, study protocol and sample size, manuscript support.

Expression heatmap and survival curves

Samples grouped by risk; Kaplan–Meier curves with the log-rank p-value.

Illustrative heatmap of 24 genes across 60 samples grouped by risk, beside Kaplan–Meier survival curves showing poorer survival in the high-risk group, with the log-rank p-value shown. Synthetic data.

PRODUCT · EVIDENCE PACK

A fixed-scope product: the Target–Indication Evidence Pack

If your question is "which indication should this target go after?", you can start with the evidence pack: a standard format, public data only, a pilot from 3 targets, and no internal data required.

Evidence Pack fixed layout

Three report-page thumbnails: expression, single-cell, survival; each pack runs 8–12 pages.
