Target–Indication Evidence Pack

An 8–12 page report per target with reproducible scripts, built from public data. No client data needed. For licensing, project initiation and indications.

Target–Indication Evidence Pack

A standard-format report on a single target. It answers one question: in which indication does this target have a case, and where are the risks?

Every analysis uses public databases, so we can start without any of your internal data. Each pack runs 8–12 pages, comes with reproducible scripts, and every number traces back to its original data source.

Evidence Pack fixed layout

Three report-page thumbnails: expression, single-cell, survival; each pack runs 8–12 pages.

Illustrative layout of the Target–Indication Evidence Pack: three report page thumbnails with an expression box plot, a single-cell map and survival curves; each pack runs 8–12 pages.

Who it's for

01

Licensing discussions

Once a partner's scientists have reviewed the molecule, the next question is usually "why this indication?" The evidence pack gives them a document with clear methods and scripts that their own team can check. It is written to sit in a data room.

02

Project initiation

An initiation review needs to know where the target is differentially expressed, where the normal-tissue risks are, and how it relates to immunity and prognosis. The pack puts those answers in one report.

03

Indication selection

The target is set and the indication is open, or you're weighing a second or third indication. With one format, results across cancer types can be compared directly.

WHAT'S INSIDE

What each pack contains

  1. 01
Pan-cancer expression specificity: tumor versus normal across cancer types, showing where the target is specifically elevated.
  2. 02
Normal-tissue safety window: which normal organs also express the target, and where the risk sits.
  3. 03
Immune infiltration: how target expression relates to the immune cell composition of the tumor.
  4. 04
Co-expression and pathway signatures: genes that move with the target, and the activity of its pathways.
  5. 05
Prognostic association: how target expression relates to patient survival outcomes.
  6. 06
Cell-type localization at single-cell level: whether the target is expressed by tumor cells themselves, or by stromal or immune cells.
  7. 07
Clinical trial and competitive landscape scan: LLM- and agent-assisted scans of literature and clinical trial databases, checked by a computational biologist.

8–12 pages per target, with reproducible scripts.

No client data needed to start

The pack uses public databases only. We don't need your sequences or experimental data, and none of your clients' data is involved.

In practice, a first project doesn't have to wait for internal data approvals or transfers.

What it can and can't show

Answers

Analyses of bulk data such as TCGA answer disease-side questions: in which cancer types the target is expressed above normal tissue, by how much, which normal organs also express it, what immune infiltration looks like in high-expressing patients, and whether expression tracks with prognosis. The single-cell layer goes one step further and shows which cell types the expression comes from.

Does not answer

It can't establish properties of the molecule itself, such as epitope or affinity. Each report states the scope of every conclusion. We don't claim more than public data can support.

TIMELINE

Timeline

About 4–6 weeks, depending on scope. A typical schedule:

  1. Week 1: agree the format with your BD or project team. What does the other side ask most often? The report is built around those questions.

  2. Weeks 2–4: analysis.

  3. Week 5: internal review and biological interpretation.

  4. Week 6: delivery, with a results walkthrough.

Pilot

A pilot starts at 3 targets: three evidence packs in the same format.

We suggest targets whose lead indications don't overlap. That tests whether one method gives consistent, comparable results across different cancer types.

Before the pilot starts, we agree on scope, deliverable format and how the work will be accepted.

Scaling to larger target sets

Once the pilot has fixed the format and methods, larger target sets follow the same process. Every report uses the same format and methods and comes with scripts, so results are comparable across targets and the other side can check where each number comes from.

Scope and pricing for larger sets are discussed after the pilot, based on the number of targets.
