LUMING is a biomedical data science consultancy with bases in China, Europe and Taiwan, working as the external data science department for R&D teams.

LUMING provides biomedical data science consulting: oncology bioinformatics, statistical modeling and translational research.
We work alongside your R&D team. When there is analysis to do, we connect in; when the project closes, data is returned or destroyed as agreed. You don't need to build a bioinformatics team for a single program.

Discovery → Validation → Translation
Discovery:
find signals in multi-omics data and public databases.
Validation:
test whether those signals hold up, with reproducible pipelines, cross-validation and external validation.
Translation:
map results back to mechanism and clinical context, as conclusions an R&D decision can use.
Our toolkit spans multi-omics analysis, statistical modeling and machine learning. AI speeds up literature scanning, code and report drafting; a computational biologist checks every number.
