Pilot
Small and fixed in scope, focused on one concrete question, for example a Target–Indication Evidence Pack on 3 targets. Suited to a first engagement, when you want to see the quality of the work before deciding what comes next.
ENGAGEMENT
Three ways to work with us: a fixed-scope pilot, a project built around one R&D question, or ongoing advisory. It starts with a free 30-minute call.
It is a specific way of working: you don't have to build a bioinformatics team for one program.
R&D leaders know why that is hard. Computational biologists are difficult to hire. Analysis workload rises and falls with the program: around milestones and submissions you are short of people, and in between there isn't enough work to keep a full team busy. And one person rarely covers the whole chain. A single-cell specialist may not build survival models; someone who runs pipelines may not produce figures fit for a data room.
We work alongside your R&D team. During a project we connect to your environment remotely, and your data stays where it is.
ENGAGEMENT MODELS
Small and fixed in scope, focused on one concrete question, for example a Target–Indication Evidence Pack on 3 targets. Suited to a first engagement, when you want to see the quality of the work before deciding what comes next.
Built around one clear R&D question, taken through the five steps from problem definition to decision-ready delivery. Scope, deliverables and timeline are set at the proposal stage.
An external data science department you call on when needed. When there is analysis to do, we pick it up; when there isn't, we pause. You don't need to staff up for every peak in workload.
If you already have an in-house bioinformatics team, we usually cover the part they don't have time or specific experience for. We don't replace them. Code ships with every report, so your team can review the work and carry it forward.
PROCESS
We learn about your R&D question, your data and your timeline. This first conversation is the free 30-minute consultation.
Based on the question and the data, we propose an analysis plan, a list of deliverables and a quote.
We sign an NDA before kickoff. If your data is involved, we agree on remote access and data scope. For public-data projects, this step is mainly about confirming the analysis scope.
We run the analysis as planned and deliver the report, figures, results tables and code.
After delivery, we walk through the results with your team and answer follow-up questions. Handing over files is not where the work ends.
There is no fee and nothing to sign. Keep it to the question itself; there's no need to share confidential data.
